The Molchanovs Lap / Wave 1 Beginner Freediver course will take you through a fun and relaxed experience yet with a strong focus on making you a safe freediver.

This course takes 3 days in Phuket (1 Day in Pool and 2 days in open water) at 9,900 Baht per person
